No, you have to be a vampire to continue doing quests for the Volkihar. But honestly it;s so trvial to cure Vampirism and get reinfected that it makes no difference. If you become a vampire when first meeting Harkon, you will be locked from any Dawnguard quests, even if you are cured of vampirism immediately.
There is a small quest that allows you to remove vampirism from your character. Just ask about rumors from innkeepers and they will point you in to right location. You can repeate that quest the next time you encounter vampirism. By the way. You will always have three days to cure your disease, before vampirism takes over.
If you pick the wrong dialogue options, you’re screwed out of the option to cure her forever. But if you say the right things, the option will stay open. So yeah she can’t be cured during the quest line, but if you say the wrong things during it that’s no bueno.
