key and indicator stalk.You can buy on a reader to do it yourself but cost about £200 pounds. Here Goes. 1 Insert Ignition key. 2 Press and Hold Reset Button on Trip Computer Switch Pack. 3 Turn on Ignition to Position 11 ( and upon hearing a Click ) Immediately Release the Reset Computer Button (Switch) Jaguar will have two ways of retrieving the radio unlock code. Type 1 or Type 2. DEPENDING ON THE YEAR. Type 1. For all 1996 Jaguars and newer. Step 1 - Retrieve vehicle VIN #. Locate the module and disconnect it and reconnect all the connectors. If it still wont release there is a special tool that jaguar uses that is plugged into the wiring harness to bypass the module to relase the handbrake.
